He completed Class 12th from Badaun, near Bareilly, then pursued his Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) from Moradabad, followed by an MBA from Ghaziabad โ laying the foundation for his entrepreneurial ventures.

Career
Education Entrepreneur
Dr. Gautam began his career as a Trainee Manager in an export firm during his MBA days. Being the first in his family to venture into business, he boldly founded the Invertis Institute of Management Studies in Bareilly in 1998 with just 83 students.
Recognising the shortage of quality higher education in North India, he expanded the institute into a full-fledged private university. Today, Invertis University has over 6,000 students enrolled across engineering, management, law, agriculture, and pharmacy.
๐ Vision for Education
“The prime objective of Invertis University is to impart excellent quality education to students which can lead to their holistic development. It is necessary to ensure that students are getting world-class facilities and educators work tremendously hard to bring out the best version of every student.”
